由於香港近期備受COVID-19疫情之影響，順豐香港的派送服務僅提供有限度服務。收派服務亦作出調整。受疫情影響需進行強制檢測、14日內曾出現確診案例的地址，以及指定地區樓宇（沙田、大埔、上水、元朗、天水圍、屯門、大嶼山、美孚、大角咀、黃大仙、佐敦及佐敦其他受影響區域^），將不作上門收派服務及只提供有限度服務。客戶如需了解詳情，請到順豐香港的官網查看更多。

In response to the severe epidemic situation, in order to ensure the safety of employees and customers, SFHK can only provide limited services at present. The delivery service must be adjusted.
